ABOUT NVTMA
TMA History
The Neponset Valley Transportation Management Association (TMA) was originally formed in 1995 to help employees travel from the Quincy Adams MBTA Red Line stop to employers along the Dan Road in Canton via the RaiLink Shuttle. This grew into a partnership between the communities of Norwood, Westwood, Canton, Dedham and the businesses located in those towns. In 2012, the TMA’s service area expanded to include the town of Foxborough. The group maintains its original focus on the transportation issues in the area.
The TMA is a membership-based organization that is overseen by a Board that includes both general dues-paying members and ex officio advisory members. Full TMA Members enjoy the benefits of the TMA’s services. Representatives from each of the five participating communities, as well as the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce, offer valuable guidance and support to the organization.
